The ERR provides students access to multitude of legal databases. 5.Moot Mentorship Programme
With a view to assist students of college participating in inter-collegiate national and International moots, the Moot Mentorship Programme was introduced in the year 2010. The MCA co-ordinates the programme, wherein we approach senior and experienced students and alumni of the college, especially those who have been seasoned mooters to be ‘mentors’. Typically once a team for a particular State, National or International Moot is formed (through the Grand Moot Court Competition or any other Common Elimination), mentors initially meet them and put teams on the right track - just basic pointers as to how and where they should start researching and what their contentions should include. Following this, the team could put in their research and forward their memorandums to mentors once they’re ready.
Teams must note that a Moot Mentor cannot be guaranteed as a matter of right for every moot and is subject to the consent of the mentor and the requirement of the moot.
